Rapid 1st look^*:

Our popular "Rapid 1st look" package (sometimes called the "Rental Inspection Package" or the "Home Insurance Inspection Package) is an inexpensive property review where our one of our professional team visit the site, does a "quick" walk through, takes many pictures, and comments on the "general 'look and feel' of the property.  The results are presented to our client in the form of a formal email. 

The "Rapid 1st look" package's general purpose is to offer the real estate agency, real estate agent, the home insurance agency, the property manager or a seller/buyer/renter an independent, brief, and informal 1st pass overview from an experienced team member's point-of-view.  It does not replace the need for a more formal home inspection; if the property is going to be placed up for sale, or if an offer is going to be made a standard inspection report may still be required^*.  The results of this package provides property managers and renters with a an independent opinion on the "Before/After" condition of a rental.
