Loan Signing Agent Pricing

- $150 Residential purchase and Refinance, Reverse Mortgage, Purchase Transactions

- $75 Second Mortgage / HELOC  

- $100  Same Day Service - $50 After Hour Fee (After 8PM, weekends, holidays, etc.)

Notary Services

$50 Minimum Trip Charge or mileage, whichever is greater.  Mileage from Benton City WA is billed at .50/mile

  • Acknowledgement: $10 per signature

  • Verification upon oath or affirmation (JURAT): $10 per signature

  • Administering oath or affirmation: $10 per person

  • Witnessing or attesting signature: $10 per signature

  • Certifying copies: $10 per certification

  • Certifying event or act: $10 per certification

  • Protest: $10 per act

  • Presence at demand, tender, or deposit and noting same: $10 per act
